Due to the high demand for Junior Medics Conference 2024, we have decided to run another similar conference this academic year.
Join us in March for a day of taster lectures from Imperial College London medical students and practical workshops to find out more about what studying Medicine is like.

Provisional ticket release date: Monday 24th February 2025
Provisional ticket cost: Free β Β£5 refundable deposit (eligible for a refund upon attendance)

For: Students that will be sitting the UCAT admissions test for this year’s UCAS cycle
When: Late July or early August annually
Capacity: ~130 students
Applying to medical school this October? Donβt miss the UCAT Day in late July/early August!
An in-person conference is made for prospective medical students intending to undertake their UCAT and are preparing to submit their UCAS applications in October.

In Roadshow, we visit local secondary schools in London and deliver talks on university life, work experience, interviews, and top tips during school years to inspire the next generation of medical students.

Overview
For: Year 4 to 6 at London primary schools
When: During term time
Dr Me Project is a health promotion and widening participation project which visits local primary schools to teach about common self-limiting illnesses, how to manage them.
What to expect
One hour teaching sessions delivered to a class of children aged 9-11. Each session will include a 12 minute workshop on the following topics:

π§Diarrhoea, vomiting, and dehydration
π€ Head injury, sprains, and strains
