We work closely with our partner institutions to greater support and make more opportunities available to students aspiring to study Medicine, especially those from widening participation backgrounds. See below to find out more about our partner institutions.
Imperial College London
Ranked 1st in the United Kingdom and Europe, and 2nd in the world (QS World University Rankings 2026), Imperial College London is one the world’s leading universities for science, technology, engineering, medicine, and business (STEMB). Across their London campuses, and throughout their international network, Imperial uses science to tackle global challenges.
Imperial’s Outreach Team supports the brightest young minds from backgrounds currently underrepresented at Imperial to access futures in science, technology, engineering and maths at university and beyond.
ICSM Vision works with Imperial’s Outreach Team, supporting them with the Pathways to Medicine programme, as well as helping run sessions for participants of other outreach programmes run by the University. Furthermore, we offer free spaces to our conferences to students on the following outreach programmes at Imperial:
- Pathways to Medicine (in partnership with the Sutton Trust)
- STEM Potential
- STEM Futures
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
Formed in 2007, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, with more than 15,000 staff. Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust provides acute and specialist healthcare in north west London for around a million and a half people every year across their five hospitals in central and west London. They have a long track record in research and education, influencing care and treatment nationally and worldwide.
ICSM Vision works with Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as part of the ‘Getting into Medicine’ consortium to support their outreach work, as well as help improve access to work experience in secondary care.
